Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in response to the article in Wednesday's Halford Herald about a recent increase in vandalism and graffiti on the high street. In my opinion, we must decide this problem together. I have some suggestions about this problem.
First of all, we must enhance security on street. As a result hooligans will fear police.
Secondly, we can unite in little groups and watch on street. As a result we will prevent disorder.
All in all, I hope hooligans will not vandalize.
